I am a Belgian wedding photographer and a film director. I work as an observer, documenting people and their passions, their warmth, their romantic moments and their smiles. I gently steal most moments, without forcing people to pose or to act, using available light. But my style goes beyond the typical “documentary style”. The photo edit afterwards turns ordinary into extraordinary, leaning to fine art. I love how painters like Vermeer and Monet depict light, how Turner suggests mist and movement, and how Hopper tells stories only by his settings. I’ve been taking pictures of very different things for over 15 years. But this website is brand new and specially created to present you my cinematic style and my approach as photographer of unforgettable weddings, wild family moments and original encounters.
